The Buyer warrants that it will not permit a resale, resell or reuse of the Equipment for import to the United Kingdom at any time in the future, nor will it use or sell or hire or in any way operate the Equipment in the United Kingdom at any time. Upon successful bidding, and acceptance from the seller, you will be required to pay Apex on a proforma basis, and you will be asked to sign a set of terms similar to listed under the auction T&C's.
