SteREO Discovery.V12 enhances resolution and contrast in biology and quality assurance. This microscope is a 2019 Discovery.V12 which has been used as a demo system in our ZEISS facility in Rugby. We have ensured this system is kept up to date and is now running the latest ZEN software. This is a fantastic microscope and is accompanied by a Twin Boom arm allowing you to move your microscope over surfaces you would not usually be able to reach.
The zoom body is the core of stereo and zoom microscopes. When zooming, lenses must be positioned precisely. Until now, a metal component milled with great care would determine the exactness of this movement, and with it the optical quality of your microscope.
eZoom replaces the mechanical curve with an electronic one. Stepping motors position the moveable lenses precisely and take the tolerances of the individual lenses into account. Each zoom body describes its own zoom curve and captures visibly more details. eZoom follows the base line for image sharpness over the magnification range with a doubled precision, compared to a mechanical zoom body. Program zoom curves individually.

• De-commissioning - The necessary packing, de-commissioning, packing materials to ensure the microscope is packed correctly for safe transportation.
• Comprehensive 12 month warranty - For complete peace of the mind this microscope is offered with a ZEISS 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. (UK Only)

Transportation to the customers site is not included.
